What do these packages mean for you?
So many people invest in services, treatments, medication, supplements and popular products only to find that they don't get the results they want and/or need. I've been getting feedback from so many people needing my service because of their health issues and/or goals they want to achieve, but aren't able to afford it. They've already invested thousands into other products and services, hoping it would be the solution to their issues, but just ended up exacerbating them.
I have developed these packages and combined these services because, time and time again, I've seen that my clients need to make nutrition & lifestyle changes, and to incorporate proper exercise into their lives to start feeling better. After years of being in this industry, working with different gyms and clinics, I've seen hundreds of people trying to find a quick fix to their problem(s) because they've heard one product/service would work and that's all they would need to do...
BULLSHIT!!! Yeah, I'm saying it. To get results in life, no matter what that goal, you need to start at the foundation, which is nutrition, lifestyle (sleep, stress, relationships, etc.) and exercise.
I have listened to your concerns and I want to help. I've designed these packages with these rates so people can afford to get the help they need and see results without having to strain themselves financially.
I've also combined the three most important services out there today into one package:
- Holistic Lifestyle Coaching
- Nutrition(Metabolic Typing)
- Exercise(Personal Training)
When you work with me you will be receiving all 3 services, that's exactly what you're getting; ALL 3 services in 1. You will not find this anywhere, trust me. Search around, you'll find that most practitioners either charge and arm and a leg for these services, or they charge for them separately. Don't take my word for it, I challenge you to look for yourselves!
I want to make sure you get the results you want to achieve, all I require is that you make a commitment. If you can commit to only 2 times per week, for as low as 6 weeks, you'll start seeing results. For those of you who want/need to achieve real, lasting success Personally, Professionally and Spiritually then a minimum of 6 month commitment is highly recommended.

A credit card must be given at the time of the scheduling of the appointment to lock in your time. The appointment fee lock is the price of the package you are interested in.
If you are coming to the office please come 15 minutes prior to your appointment to give you enough time to get changed and warm up. This way we can get right into the session.
Cancellations:
There must be a 24 hour notice given for cancellations in order to not get charged for the session.
All packages are nonrefundable, but can be frozen for medial or personal reasons for up to 1 year.
